Facility & Equipment Rentals

 
St. John’s Presbyterian Church and Center is a rich, diverse community resource providing space to non-profit organizations for meetings, events, classes, rehearsals and concerts.

With the exception of weddings and memorials, space is available to non-profits only.

Space Use Requirements

 
• A copy of the organization’s 501 (c) (3) not for profit tax status letter.

• Certificate of Insurance naming St. John’s as an additional insured ($1 million coverage) for events held here.

• Signed Use Agreement

• Scheduled time begins with group’s designated arrival time and ends with group’s designated departure time (includes set-up/clean-up time)

• Groups must assist with setups and leave the space as they found it.

• A 50% room reservation deposit, security deposit, and certificate of liability are required at the time of scheduling for a Space Use Agreement.  

• Balance of the fee is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
